As a Solutions Engineer, you will deliver live product demonstrations, and sales presentations, and lead clients through technology adoption for Jasper products. You will represent Jasper at customer meetings and be a key resource supporting Jasper’s aggressive growth targets. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical and non-technical related topics. Responsibilities

Be a product expert on Jasper’s platform in the pre-sales process, showing the customer the value of the software and how it can change their way of working
Partner with sales to participate in customer discovery to understand the customer's current state, what their pain points are, and map back to how Jasper can uniquely solve these problems
Probe for and identify additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion
Lead compelling value-based demonstrations, both standard and customized
Understand and guide the customer's technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in from the customer on Jasper being the right decision
Proactively forge strong cross-functional partnerships with sales and product to stay informed and improve the selling cycle
Understand, track, and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers and advocate for the development internally by documenting and sharing with product management
Be a resource to define, enable and support Jasper managed trials

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer at a startup, SaaS company (Martech preferred)
Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions preferred
Understanding of sales and revenue organization processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Passion and experience working with the various personas within a marketing organization
A foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus
A point of view of how GenAI is helping marketers and what’s important to consider when launching a GenAI program
Expertise in presenting to multiple stakeholders from the C-Suite, VPs, Directors, practitioners, marketing operations, IT and Security
