Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Manager of the Beefree SDK Success Team, you will use your technical expertise to empower our expanding customer base with our cutting-edge embeddable editor, Beefree SDK. Join us in supporting innovative SaaS companies, from agile startups to industry giants. This exciting remote role requires you to be based in the USA and work on Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
Partnering with fellow members of the team to engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.
Showcasing understanding of our product's ability to support customer workflows and integrated applications.
Working with customers to solve technical issues, documenting technical considerations and contributing to internal knowledge resources.
Acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships with technical stakeholders.
Serving as the customer advocate to other internal teams, including administration, marketing, product, and development.
Curating product feedback to enhance Beefree SDK based on customer interactions.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or pre-sales support.
Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in web technologies like HTML/CSS/JS, familiarity with API and SDK.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs.
Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
Availability to work on Pacific Standard Time.
