3-5+ years of infrastructure or back-end engineering experience
Strong technical design ability, informed by broad experience across multiple domains/specialties
Leadership experience in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production
Self-motivated and with a proven track record of shipping quality products
Analytical mindset with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making
Strong desire to build something meaningful in a groundbreaking, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
