Senior Software Engineer

The Institutional Custody Team is tasked with securing and managing our company’s digital assets and developing new custody solutions. We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer experienced in high-security systems to enhance our existing frameworks and lead the creation of innovative custody technologies

Design, develop, and maintain backend services for our cryptocurrency wallet solutions using Golang
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems to support digital asset transactions and custody
Lead and participate in the decision-making process regarding system architecture, design patterns, and technology choices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and security experts, to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and integrate them into our products where applicable
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Extensive experience in backend development using Golang
Proven track record of building and maintaining cryptocurrency wallet solutions
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and secure coding practices
Exceptional skills in system architecture and design, with the ability to make informed decisions that impact the overall system
Familiarity with various blockchain protocols and standards
Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
