Senior Security Engineer

Identify and implement improvements in the security of Grow’s products (authentication, authorization, web security, secrets, etc)
Use automated techniques to shift security left and prevent the introduction of security issues
Collaborate closely with product engineers, performing secure design and code review
Perform penetration testing both internally and with external partners
Identify, prioritize and drive key vulnerability remediations with product teams
Advocate for healthy, sustainable product security processes

You have a strong understanding of common Application Security concerns and their remediations
You enjoy comfortable diving into unfamiliar code, finding vulnerabilities and implementing security improvements
You believe in the power of a secure-by-default platform for application development
You have an empathetic, constructive and business-oriented approach to security
