As a key member of our dynamic RF Systems Engineering team, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for a variety of environments, including buildings, road tunnels, subways, and complex in-building systems. Responsibilities

Innovative Design: Create state-of-the-art coverage solutions for diverse environments, from urban landscapes to underground systems, with a focus on both capacity and efficiency.
Technical Excellence: Take on RF/Wireless engineering tasks, including design, development, and analysis, ensuring optimum system performance for our clients.
Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, engineer tailored solutions, and contribute to winning proposals.
Site Expertise: Conduct site surveys, prepare RF link budgets produce high-quality user documentation and troubleshoot complex issues.
Project Leadership: Support project activities, from proposal preparation to technical presentations, and lead the commissioning and testing of systems and products.
Continuous Growth: Develop your professional skills through challenging assignments continuous learning of new technologies and protocols, apply your creativity to solve challenging problems and provide custom solutions.
Tools & Techniques: Use advanced tools like iBwave, propagation tools, and spectrum analyzers for coverage testing, commissioning, and optimization.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE and 5G, with experience in DAS in-building design and equipment knowledge.
Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively on project teams, whether within a department or across multiple functions.
Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong time management, oral, and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Capable of working closely with customers and staff to resolve both technical and non-technical issues. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to carry and/or move test equipment weighing between 25 to 50 pounds.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% for project and customer visits, with potential travel up to 75% during project deployments.
