

Senior Data Scientist
Job Description

Responsibilities
You will identify high impact business opportunities through data exploration and model prototyping, translate business problems into scientific formulations
You will develop predictive models for goal setting, forecasting and generating relevant insights for campaign optimization
You will analyze rigorous experiments, help teams set great hypotheses, and deliver analysis of experiment results
You will develop automation methods that help scaling existing analyses, reduce tedious manual reporting and spotting data errors
You will oversee the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources with relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Independently format, re-structure, and validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis
You will use Python to establish API connections to live databases and extract the data to a centralized database
You will improve or automate internal analytics processes to lead efficiency
You will maintain data/databases in MongoDB, ensuring reporting transparency and accuracy.
You will manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to understand our goals and challenges
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering or related discipline
Experience with Machine Learning at a basic level
Experience in experimentation and statistical analysis
Experience in programming, especially with data science and visualization libraries in Python
4+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting
