Ruby on Rails Frontend and Backend

We are seeking an exceptional Ruby on Rails Frontend and Backend Wizard to join our team. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
Craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces with a strong attention to detail.
Implement backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Hotwire, Stimulus, TailwindCSS, Vue.js or React).
Deep understanding of backend technologies, including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
